The completed flats have already been sold out and the booking is in progress for the remaining 8 flats out of the proposed construction of around 60 flats. Apart from flats, Independent and semi independent houses are also proposed to be constructed in the Kancheepuram site which is very near to the New Railway station, adjacent to the town within a kilometre from Sankara Mutt and Kamakshi Amman Temple and within 2 Kms from Bangalore Highway. Most of the multinational company's staff buses are operated as a starting point from very nearer to our site.
